EFS Assessment Task 5 - Counselling Services
Rights:
Everybody in our society has the rights to get benefits of counseling services when they are in trouble. NSW counseling services offer relationship & marriage counselling, counselling for depression, anxiety, panic, anger management, grief, addictions, sexuality, relationships, trauma, abuse and most other issues. By using Counselling services your will be able to develop greater self awareness and to make positive changes in their lives.
Responsibilities:
It is the responsibilities of government and health ministry to provide better counseling services. Counselling Service should supports and strengthens individuals, families and communities in their relationships with each other through professional counselling, education,and training in regional and rural areas.

1944 Mandela joined to the African National Congress
1948 Mandela was engaged to the resistance against the ruling National Party's apartheid policies.
1958 - 1961 Mandela went on trial for treason
1961 Mandela was acquitted.
1961 The ANC executive considered his proposal on the use of violent tactics .
1963 Mandela was brought to stand trial with them for plotting to overthrow the government by violence.
1964 Mandela, was sentenced to life imprisonment.

1- Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health, leading to reduced life expectancy and/or increased health problems.
2- Causes of obesity in children include unhealthy food choices, lack of physical activity and family eating habits.
3- Levels of childhood obesity are increasing at alarming rates in many countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. In Australia, one in five children and adolescents are either overweight or obese.
4- From 1985 to 1995 the number of overweight 7–15 year olds almost doubled. The numbers of obese children has more than tripled. At the current rate, it is predicted that 65 per cent of young Australians will be overweight or obese by 2020.
5- Food choices, lack of physical activities, spending a lot of time on sedentary pursuits, overweight parents and genetics.

7- Obesity can have a major impact on how children feel about themselves and how they interact with others. Obese adolescents are more likely to have low self-esteem, which may impact on other aspects of their lives such as the development of friendships and competency at school.

Physical activity is important for children and young people. Exercise can protect against conditions including obesity and anxiety, and can improve posture, sleep, concentration and self-esteem.
Fat is an important part of a healthy diet. However some fats are better than others. Saturated fats increase blood cholesterol. Mono-unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats tend to lower blood cholesterol. Trans fatty acids (or trans fats) are also potentially harmful and are used to make baked products, pies, cakes, biscuits and buns. Omega-6 and omega-3 fats can benefit your health.
